Key Responsibilities:
 • Organize and prepare annual financial work plan and control standards according to the medium and long-term business plans of the company.
• Responsible for financial budgeting and fund operation.
• Audit the budgetary summary tables of various departments of the company, organize and execute them after approval, supervise and inspect the execution of budgets of various departments.
• Carry out accounting and account processing, compile and summarize financial reports.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow, monitor various financial ratios of the company, determine the reasonable structure of assets and liabilities.
• Organize the cost management of the company and carry out cost prediction, control, accounting, analysis and assessment.
• Provide reports of operation status, financial analysis and forecast, financial revenue and expenditure, implementation status of various financial plans, able to give supportive suggestions.
• Optimize the work flow according to business policy and financial needs of the company, improve work efficiency of finance department and company employees satisfaction.
• Report to the finance manager.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and above in Finance or Accounting.
• Over 3 years experience in a similar position in financial industry companies, working experience in UAE is a plus, experience in Fintech or Blockchain is preferred.
• Able to forecast, analyze and control the company's economic activities, and provide accurate, reliable and authentic financial basis and constructive opinions for directors of the company.
• Sound knowledge in finance and accounting, familiar with financial laws and regulations, financial management theory and practice, proficient in tax law and related theory and practice.
 • Extensive hands-on experience, able to work independently to complete the compilation and modification of system and process. Proficient in office software and financial software. • Good team player. Strong organizational and coordination ability.
• Hands-on experience with bookkeeping, strong attention to details and good analytical skills .
• Good verbal and written communication skills
