Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, we are looking for 1 immediately available AP accountant to take charge of these responsibilities:
* Perform daily PO receipts; review to ensure quantity and prices on PO match with factory invoices and enter all PO receipts data on system accordingly;
* Review and match all invoices for appropriate documentations (such as purchase orders for invoices, receipts for employee expense reimbursement claims, etc.) to assure accuracy
* Accomplish month end closing including aging report, accrual list, FX revaluation, ICO reconciliation, etc.
* Perform all other duties as assigned

Profile

We are looking for a hardworking AP accountant with a proactive attitude. In return, a competitive salary along with various internal training options are offered.
* Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Accounting or related, certificates are preferred
* Experienced AP accountant (1 years minimum working experience)
* Strong communication skills
* Strong service mindset with internal business partners
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Be familiar with the accounting rules and policy of tax and auditing, experience in manufactory company is a plus but not essenti
