Transfer Pricing (Assistant Manager / Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for and manage the transfer pricing requirements for the group
• Review intercompany agreements/computations/templates to ensure that transfer pricing requirements are addressed including any other tax issues to be escalated/addressed
• Provide advisory to business units/business enablers on all matters that has transfer pricing implications for the group
• Be responsible for ensuring that the transfer pricing documentation, Masterfile and CBCR filing requirements for the group are met on a timely and accurate manner, including any other compliance requirement which may be introduced by the tax authorities from time to time
• Liaising with external tax consultants on advisory and compliance of all transfer pricing matters
• Drive the implementation of any transfer pricing/tax related projects
• Be responsible for handling and managing all tax audits/investigations/inquiries relating to transfer pricing, related party transactions etc
• Contribute to any other transfer pricing related compliance process improvements within Group Finance

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Statistics. MBA or Masters degree preferred
• Minimum more than 7 years of experience in transfer pricing related work function in Big 4 Accounting Firms or commercial firms (banks would be an advantage)
• Demonstrated understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts, exposure of financial services industry would be an advantage
• Exceptional analytical, research and quantitative skills
• Excellent project management and presentation skills
• Highly energetic and self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly complex environment
• Good knowledge of accounting is an advantage
• Open to Malaysian citizen only
