Manager - Internal Audit

Job Context

Job Responsibilities

To carry out strategic audit assignment as per audit plan & department head, provide professional support, conduct audit and express opinion there on.
To assist department head in the execution of audit program and follow up of the implementation of previous of previous audit recommendation.
To Audit VAT &Tax related works for the company, with tax consultant or lawyers
To Audit monthly accounts statement, Daily cash surveillance report voucher with physical cash verifying.
To Audit monthly stationery store, Mechanical store, Chemical store and Medical store statement.
Check and verify all kind of bills and vouchers.
Conducting a regular audit of the bills and identify irregularities.
Payroll Checking (salary, wages. OT, night bill, holiday bill, gas bill, fuel cost etc.)
Audit all accounts book -cash book, General Ledger and subsidiary Ledger.
Verify purchase indent.
Establish and monitoring of the purchasing, inventory and requisitions system.
Audit material and products in and out, goods transferred.
To perform a periodic audit as and when required.
Prepare daily audit report and special report including operation audit, financial audit, & cost control wings.
Any other task assigned by department head & Management.

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Commercial, good understanding of different type of factories n their operations, Internal Audit
