This position will be based in Jakarta and direct report to CFO

Description

  • Drive team productivity and effectivity to optimize costs, improve performance.
  • Manage performance of field collections team within set performance triggers.
  • Call every Collector with low performance and push for improvement.
  • Involve in conference calls/meetings with top management to discuss action plans on delinquent debts
  • Ensure accounting for bad debts & provisioning comply with accounting standards
  • Help regional implementation of Credit Control Global strategy & country adherence

Profile

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in credit collection management in the feedmill or agriculture industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, in-depth and detailed knowledge on a wide range of financial products and processes
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Work well under pressure and tight deadline
  • Good analytical thinking is a must
