General Manager - Finance (Johor)

Responsible to prepare accurate and timely management reports and financial statements.
Responsible for organization's accounting and financial functions such as taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis and feasibility study for expansion.
Design, plan, implement and improve the accounting & financial policies and procedures.
Review and analyze financial results and recommend process improvement in cost-control across the company.
Responsible to liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and government authority in relating to accounting issues.
Responsible to supervise, guide and coaching the accounts and finance personnel in their respective job functions and ensure the department operation is running smoothly.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all reporting, accounting and audit requirements imposed by regulatory bodies.
Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance /Accounting, ACCA / CIMA or equivalent.
At least 8 years of managerial working experience in property development.
Good command of Microsoft Office applications and experienced working in computerized accounting environment.
Good command in oral and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Possess a good supervisory, planning, organizing and leadership skills.
Committed, dynamic, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
Possess strong sense of responsibility, integrity and result oriented.
