Senior Finance Controller - Manufacturing

This position will play an integral part of the Company in ensuring effective financial management and excellent business operations. You will be reporting directly to the CFO and will be need to show sound technical knowledge and business acumen.

Our client is a multinational company in manufacturing industry. A well respected player boasting a strong track record historically. Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic Senior Finance Controller who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and make a key contribution to the business.

Description

• Lead the annual business planning, feasibility study and budget setting process within portfolio

• Liaise and attend to the Financiers in sourcing and negotiating the project financing deals

• Monitor and ensure compliance to the Company

• Ensure effective communication with the management or any other interested parties on financial related information by providing sound and relevant financial analysis and interpretation

• Monitor the annual statutory reporting, tax compliance and review, GST submission and other regulatory requirement of the company;

Profile

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualifications such as ACCA/CIMA/CPA

• At least 15 years of solid working experience in the manufacturing industry (mass volume manufacturer is preferred)
• Willing to be based in Tangerang
• Willing to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and has the ability to communicate and interact with people from different education background
• Good understanding on IFRS / MFRS and other statutory regulations

• Strong performance manager with drive and enthusiasm to succeed as part of a team and deliver outstanding results

• Tactful, confident, passionate and has a high energy
