Where you'll work:

Our Beloit, WI location is home to our Corporate Headquarters for the North American Region. This location has approximately 700 employees at this location that in roles such as regulatory, RD&A, finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care. It is easily commutable from the Rockford, Madison, and Milwaukee areas. What you'll do:

The key role of the NA PM&A team is to support the North American T&N business growth agenda by ensuring the right information, is with the right stakeholders at the right time. Partnering with the Exec team and other key stakeholders, the team will set the benchmark for ensuring the business is serviced with world-class performance management reports and analysis. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to work alongside the T&N Finance leadership team in delivering against our growth agenda.  

  • Support the delivery of NA T&N PM&A objectives of delivering World-class performance management reports and analysis based on the principles of Standardization, Simplification and Driving Business Insights.
  • Co-ordinate timely delivery of monthly Business Reporting decks, primarily focused on Commercial Finance, but role will involve working across the following teams also; Operations Finance, Financial Control, EPM and Business Partners.
  • Develop new reporting decks and new ways of gathering and presenting data to provide timely and insightful information to leadership, while we transition NA onto SAP
  • Support execution and continued improvement of key business processes ie forecasting, budgeting, planning and target setting process.
  • Business Partnering support of the Senior Finance Director of Operations, and the commercial management team.
  • Deliver on a plan of standardisation and simplification of Performance Measurement Activities across the NA T&N business.
  • Support commentary process improvements ensuring comments from key stakeholders are clear, concise, articulate and is presented and stored in a standardised format.
  • Support continuous improvement of key reporting processes including the monthly executive business performance forums forecasting, budgeting and planning processes..
  • Co-ordinate review of key regional KPIs targets to ensure calculation methodologies are aligned to globally agreed methodology.
  • Analysis of operations finance costs providing insightful analysis of performance v budget and targets and identification of opportunities for savings.
  • Support regular measurement and review of KPIs/MIPs to maintain relevance of KPI targets.
  • Challenge performance of key KPIs benchmarking both internally & externally (e.g. vs other regions, businesses etc).
  • What you'll need to be successful:

    • Proven track record of delivery through teams.
    • Accounting or finance degree with a number of years post-qualification experience, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing industry.
    • Ambitious and energetic with a customer focus and service mindset.
    • Results driven, attention to detail with a keen eye for continuous improvement.
    • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build relationships across a matrix organisation.
    • Experience in using data analytics tools such as Tableau, Business Objects- Management information systems qualification strongly preferred.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion an advantage.
