YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing a diverse, well-equipped and established team of cost accountants and master data professionals
- Higher level reporting to the President
- Maintaining high levels of profitability by working in cohesion with the plant, supply chain and operations teams
- Spearheading budgeting and forecasting as it relates to supply chain and costing
- Budgeting, reporting and financial analysis
- Taking charge of the product costing processes and results, inventory management and manufacturing internal controls
- Work hand in hand with the VP of Supply Chain as you collaboratively assist in any reporting needs as well as trying to identify potential cost saving opportunities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION:
- 7-10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably with CPG or Food
- CPA Preferred
- Exceptional Leadership qualities and management skills, able to coach, mentor and build connections easily
- Critical thinker, able to deal with large amounts of complex data and ambiguity
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to get buy-in and build strategic partnerships with plant, supply chain and operations teams
- Problem solver with a keen eye for fixing problems and improving internal controls
- ERP experience, preferably with SAP and COGNOS.
- Strong technical knowledge including MS Excel
SALARY AND PACKAGE ON OFFER:
- Salary up to $120,000 p/a - comfort level would be around $110,000 p/a
- Bonus 15% (tiered - individual and company)
