This role will fully support General Manager to help business fast growth in China.

Client Details

My client is global well know luxury brand. They have retail/B2B/EC Channels in China market and they have multiple brands in different segments including cosmetics/luxury goods etc.

Description

  • Establishing the key operational requirements of the new legal entity framework
  • Establish control environment in line with Financial Control Framework
  • Establish treasury and tax framework (ie bank accounts, transfer pricing etc)
  • Establish performance management framework
  • Establish statutory reporting framework
  • Lead the ERP implementation process
  • Establish the operating framework between China and other 3rd party partners

    • Profile

  • Professional finance qualification (equiv. to CA, CIMA, ACCA) - MBA or Masters desirable
  • Experience in financial, operational/supply chain and business partnering roles
  • Ability to navigate legal entity arrangements and financial statements fluently
  • Ability to manage multiple business models and complexity
  • Experience of working effectively in cross functional teams
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent analytic and communication skills
