As a commercial FP&A Director for Global leading luxury group, report to China GM and global CFO.

This role need to lead the whole commercial finance team to support business fast growing in China.

Description

  • Commercial and financial planning & analysis
  • Lead FPFP&A team to support and monitor business pitches and commercial cycle including contract signing and terms negotiation, pipeline analysis, win and loss analysis and key clients margin analysis, etc.
  • Assisting in forming annual goals and strategies, lead budgeting and planning cycles of annual operating budget.
  • Be the finance and legal reviewer of the brand during contract approval process. Ensure risk mitigation and operations compliant to group level policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the internal audit process, ensure internal controls are in place and compliant with group policies. Follow up with areas requiring improvements and set up plans and get agreed on solutions with acquisition brand management team and related departments.

    • Profile

  • University Degree level qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or Commercial discipline
  • Professional finance qualification (equiv. to CPA, CIMACIMA, ACCAACCA) or MBA or Masters
  • 15+ years experience with experience of working and managing a team in China
  • Proven ability of managing and developing team sizes greater then 5, ideally greater than 10
  • Successful career progression within FMCGFMCG company preferred
  • MNCMNC management trainee or Big 4 experience preferred
  • Experience in mix of financial controlling and business partnering roles preferred
  • International experience of working across cultures and time zones
  • Experience of working effectively in cross functional teams
