Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

OtC Specialist with Italian

Location: Lodz, Poland


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring efficiency & high quality of Accounts Receivable processes
  • Customer’s accounts maintenance and reconciliation
  • Preparing standard reports
  • Making collection calls/negotiating with customers on overdue invoices
  • Cash allocation and credit risk management

Requirements:

  • Do you speak Italian and English on at least B2 level?
  • Do you have min. 2 years of experience in Accountancy or Customer Service?
  • Do you have higher education (at least Bachelor degree)?
  • Do you have excellent communication skills?
  • Do you have customer orientation?
