I am looking for an Digital Business Analyst to join a fast-paced eCommerce department for a market leading RETAIL brand. Due to huge growth this division is expanding its team, they have had a phenomenal year sales wise and future growth is solid.
The role will be to identify business requirements, document and communicate these requirements clearly and accurately for the implementation of new developments and enhancements to the organisation's websites. You will need to understand and implement, as part of a team, new business solutions to ensure that optimum business benefit is achieved through efficient design, build, testing and implementation.
Based in Northwest (currently remote then will return to office 2-3 days)

- You will also have a technical mindset and experience in an agile and fast paced environment.
- Skilled with drafting documentation (processes, data models, wireframes, data flows, etc)
- Business requirements process mapping ("as is" and "to be")
- 3rd party supplier management
- Experienced with SCRUM and Kanban workflows would be ideal
- Hands on experience with Enterprise eCommerce Platforms (ideally Salesforce, IBM WebSphere, SAP Hybris, Oracle ATG, Magento, Sitecore etc ) is highly advantageous
