We are a small Online Accounting & Bookkeeping setup in immediate need of an Assistant Accountant with basic level skills and experience as listed below;
Education: ACCA/ICMA part-qualified is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in bookkeeping (Invoice/Bills posting, Bank reconciliation, Aged receivable/Payable management).
Skills: Basic level skills of using Excel is a must. A better understanding of Bookkeeping software(like Xero, Quickbooks) and how this work is a must.
Candidate must have strong command in double-entry accounting and how this works in bookkeeping software because all work will be on different software including excel to some extent so conceptual command on accounting should be in Deep of your mind.
