Responsibilities:
Requirements:

- To prepare full set accounts which include issuance of cheques, co-ordinate on payment verification/ approval and other day-to-day operations to ensure timely and accurate generation of monthly bank reconciliation, cash book movements, journals, ledgers and notes to financial statements.
- To maintain the financial accounting records
- To set-up the financial and other internal controls over the security of assets
- To be responsible for all insurance and fixed assets related matters
- To assist in the preparation of annual budget and management reports
- To liaise with government agencies for taxes and reporting
Requirements:
- At least a recognised Diploma / Degree in Accounting or part professional qualification (AIA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar capacity
- Familiar with payment processing and banking matters
- Preferably with experience in handling full set of accounts and tax computation
- Experience in preparing budget will be an added advantage
- Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be matured, dedicated and committed
- Possess initiative and the ability to work independently
