Financial Controller - Consumers Goods

Leading the finance operation function of a regional player in the FMCG industry. You will be directly reporting to the regional CFO.

Description

• Improving current budgeting and forecasting process, analysing inefficiency and potential business risks
• Ensure the timely and accurate report deliverance
• Assist the operations to monitor Inventory and asset movement
• Working closely with the operations manager and acting as finance advisor to bridge the gap between operations team and accounting team
• Involve as top reviewer in day to day management accounting, statutory accounting, forecasting and analysis, budget control process.

Profile

• University Degree and/or above in accounting or finance
• Multinational company's background is a must
• Experience in leading a big team (up to 15 people)
• Big 4 audit background ideally and working experience in accounting and financial analysis, forecast/budget preparation
• Excellent command of English
• Good Knowledge of International Accounting Standards and Indonesian taxation
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytic skill and good leadership skills
