Job Description :

Job Scope
  • Prepare month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliation and ensure timeline is met
  • Perform and review balance sheet review exercise on assigned GLs
  • Prepare the legal entity's Audited Financial Statements annually
  • Liaise with auditors and related parties to the entity
  • Prepare and post manual journal entries on daily transactions
  • Oversee AP and AR transactions and other matters
  • Submit withholding taxes for any overseas invoices if applicable
  • Prepare input and output tax spread sheet for GST submission every quarter.
  • Handles daily bank reconciliation and bookkeeping activities.
  • Prepare year end schedules for assigned BU
  • Assist in other projects as assigned

Job Requirements
  • Minimum ACCA/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Able to work with tight reporting deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and ERP system
