Finance Director - Retail

You will work directly with CEO as a business partner and fully responsible for Finance & accounting department

They are leading retail brands national wide with continuous growth and milestones achievements in the industry. They are looking for a dynamic Finance Director joining their management team driving for further successes.

Description

* To act as a Business Partner and cultivate effective relationships with all departments. Effectively lead, manage and develop the finance team members

* Be a member of the Company's management team responsible for driving the direction & execution of the Company's strategy

* Responsible for entire Vietnamese finance & accounting operations according to local Vietnamese accounting regulations and international standards.

* Ensure delivery of robust and efficient financial entity administrations; compliance to statutory and

tax obligations. Timely address compliance issues and undertakes appropriate action.

* Fulfill all financial and management reporting & analysis requirements for the management boards.

* Lead annual budget and business planning

* Contribute to a thorough risk assessment of relevant projects at proposal stage and throughout

project execution.

* To manage cash flow by optimizing working capital and capex spending and drive efficiency

improvement programs.

* Liaise with banks to raise short and long-term loans for the Company.

* Work closely with C-suite level to ensure adequate funding.

Profile

• Having Bachelor or master's degree in finance/ Accounting. Preferably CPA/ACCA/ CMA with minimum 7+ years working experience relevant with above job scope.

• Strong analysis skills with capability to draw insights to form a view on business direction. Knowledgeable in Finance and accounting principles, standards

• Ability to adopt a broad perspective and approach issues from Company, Business Line.

• Excellent in English communication and influencing skills. Strong relationship building and management skills.

• Experience as a Leader in a changing environment is preferable. Stress resistant and robust working mentality.
