Exciting Accounting Manager opportunity where you will lead and manage all accounting responsibilities in the Japan office including financial reporting, closing, taxation, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Description
- Manage the overall statutory reporting process - ensure timely and accurate financial close, reporting, taxation deliverables
- Ensure proper application and adoption of accounting policy treatment
- Manage and improve accounting systems
- Support internal and external audit
- Motivate and develop capabilities of team members
Profile
- Fluency in both Japanese and English
- 5-7 years experience in Accounting/Finance
- Strong knowledge of JGAAP, USGAAP, Tax
- People management experience is a plus
