Your opportunity
Want to work with business leaders, and alongside some of the most creative thinkers in industry?
Can you develop and deliver innovative and core technology solutions that transform the digital enterprise and maximise ROI? From strategy articulation and process design to technology enablement, we work together to simplify the complex; creating tangible value for our clients.

Do you want to work with a market leading team shaping and delivering complex large scale M&A Integration and Separation programmes for a range of multinational clients? Deloitte's IT M&A practice combines our experience as global leaders in Transaction Advisory Services (ALM), Business Transformation (Forrester) and M&A Consulting (Kennedy), with our unmatched system implementation and delivery capabilities in areas such as CRM, Digital Customer Implementation, Data & Analytics, SAPS S/4HANA (Gartner) and Cloud (IDC Market Share).

Our ambition is to become the CIO's firm of choice, leading the largest and most complex Transformation engagements. We have a proven depth of implementation capability across delivery in both integration and separation transactions and leading expertise in transforming organisations during a transaction.

Deloitte is currently recruiting IT M&A consultants who have proven experience of delivering IT M&A programmes, with a focus on technology execution: from initial scoping and baselining, through to architecture and operating model design, implementation, data migration and delivery of operational go-live. Successful candidates will be working on some of the largest and most high profile transactions and implementations in the market, helping our clients to transform their business as they transact and achieve their synergy and business plans. This role is not focused on traditional IT M&A diligence, but provides the opportunity to work closely with our globally recognised implementation teams and well known global clients to oversee the delivery of the target state.

We encourage consideration of flexible ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients. If this opportunity is of interest to you with some flexibility, please do discuss with us.
