Associate / Consultant / Manager, Research & Development (R&D), Business Incentives Advisory (Tax)

The opportunity

We are looking to hire an experienced R&D incentives Associate / Consultant / Manager with a passion for technology and innovation, and strong business acumen to join our growing Business Incentives Advisory team in Singapore to focus on delivering R&D incentive advisory services.

Our team of scientists, engineers and programmers help innovative businesses across all industries in Singapore to access government R&D incentives to help them subsidise and expand their local R&D efforts.

Your key responsibilities 

Advise and support our clients to access Government R&D incentives

Liaise with our clients’ scientists, engineers, and programmers from a diverse range of industries to build relationships and understand their R&D activities and industry

Analyse complex project information to assess eligibility for R&D incentives support

Prepare technical reports to substantiate R&D incentive claims

Train and supervise junior staff to support the preparation of R&D incentive claims 

Skills and attributes for success 

Drive to provide exceptional service to clients

Ability to use problem solving strategies to interpret complex and detailed information

Ability to build relationships and articulate information to a range of stakeholders

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 

To qualify for the role you must have 

At least 4 years of experience in assisting companies with R&D incentive claims (locally or internationally)

Undergraduate and/or postgraduate qualifications in science, technology, engineering or maths 

Ideally, you’ll also have 

Genuine interest in innovation and technology

Flexibility in thinking and action

Accreditation by SIATP
