Job Description :

Responsibilities:
  • Involve in monthly financial closing and analysis
  • Maintain monthly budget utilisation template and addressing queries from departments to ensure effective tracking and managing of their budgets
  • Prepare and maintain fixed assets schedule including tracking of approved budget for furniture, fittings and equipment
  • Prepare and liaise with Finance Shared Services and Business Owners on claims submission
  • Handle funding including tracking disbursement ad reimbursement Update and maintain finance policies, workflows and working instructions
  • Involve in annual budget and regular forecasting process
  • Participate in system enhancements / implementations
  • Involve in ad hoc projects as and when assigned

Requirements:
  • Min degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Accounting Experience in same capacity
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications and working knowledge in SAP / Hyperion preferred
