Middle Accountant

Main responsibilities:

Maintenance of LLC based on single tax:

• Payroll management (up to 3 employees); 
• Accounts payable;
• Communication with contractors and suppliers;
• Carrying out banking operations;
• Entering and conducting accounting documentation in the program 1C (service acceptance acts, banking documents, etc.);
• Preparation and submission of reports in the Medoc program (SSP, 1DF, declaration of the Single Tax, 1-ms, 2-ms);

Maintenance of IE accounts based on a single tax (group 3):

• Registration/liquidation of IE accounts;
• Cooperation with the notary officers, lawyers;
• Re-registration of IE accounts in case of change of residence permit, surname, NACE;
• Opening/closing bank accounts;
• Obtaining a digital signature for the client–bank system;
• Work with a client-bank (currency exchange, accounting of income and taxes, payment of taxes and other payments);
• Preparation of contracts and invoices, signing of documents with IE;
• Work with an internet banking (checking the status of payments to the budget);
• Keeping books of income records;
• Submission of tax returns of the single tax, annual report of SSР, 1DF;

What we expect from you: 

• Education degree in Accounting, Finance or Audit;
• Experience with M.E.Doc;
• Experience with client banks;
• Experience in compiling and submitting reports;
• Experience with IE maintenance;
• Preparation of primary documents;
• Communication skills;
• Team management experience.
