The position includes the following responsibilities
- Preparing financial models and draft deliverable documents (business plans, information memorandum, etc)
- Analysis of projects / financial and economic activities of enterprises research and analysis
- Preparing presentations and pitch materials
- Preparing draft contracts and other project-related documents
- Higher education, desirably in finance/economics
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a BIG4 or Valuation consulting firm, Private Equity/Internal Corporate Finance Department
- Knowledge of DCF and different approaches to valuation
- Knowledge of financial accounting
- Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical skills
- CFA or ACCA certification is a plus
- Fluent English and Russian
