We have a unique opportunity for a Business analyst to join our Customer Ops Tribe and act as a keystone, central to some of our most crucial business initiatives... are you up to the challenge?

We're looking for a Business Analyst who is confident and adaptable, to work in a central capacity on some of our regulatory programmes of work. We're looking for someone who can work alongside our strategy, planning and delivery functions on work streams that will shape the face of our business, including customer journey enhancements, player safety, and operational effectiveness.

Collaboration is in our DNA, and we're looking for a people focussed individual who can develop excellent relationships with stakeholders in all areas of the business, and across the full range of job roles, from end users to the senior leadership team.

You'll take practical and deliberate steps in every part of your role, to build and maintain an inclusive team. We strive to offer a culture of inclusion & belonging, and we each have a role to play.

How you will do it...

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a BA capacity previously and, as such, will be able to demonstrate the following the key skills:
  • A critical thinker, who is comfortable challenging the status-quo, strives for continuous improvement and asks why?
  • Is adaptable and has the ability to understand a variety of different business problems, applying the most appropriate analysis methodology for the circumstances.
  • A confident communicator who manages and engages stakeholders; identifying key players in delivering the right business outcomes and regularly delivers effective and clear messages.
  • Can influence the effective decision-making by highlighting the true value in opportunities. Will provide evidence-based challenge to all stakeholders to ensure the right outcome is reached.
  • Is customer obsessed and possesses the ability to understand customer interactions and user journeys; demonstrating a passion for improving outcomes for customers.


We are using virtual hiring and remote on-boarding to help our candidates and hiring managers stay safe. Face to face interactions will move over to video for this vacancy.
