Senior Accountant

ACCA members and future members are preferable

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Book and manage the Payable and Payment
- Book and manage the Sales and Receivable
- Prepare, declare and submit tax reports (VAT, WHT, CIT, …)
- Review source/supporting documents to ensure accuracy of information, calculations and compliances with accounting standards and internal policies/procedures
- Responsibility for the preparation of General Ledger entries and reconciliations for month-end closing to close books in a timely manner (review and reconcile of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash balance, …)
- Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Work with auditor for the audited financial statements, footnotes and supplemental information
- Responsibility for analyzing financial statements monthly and reporting on variances
- Manage and organize all supporting documentations (ensure all book entries must have the data storage; clear, reasonable and valid supporting documents)
- Assures compliance with statutory and corporate policies, regulations and laws
- Ownership of the internal and external financial and tax audit and examination processes.
- The extra tasks based on the request

Qualification
Qualification
- University graduation, major in Accounting and Finance
- Vietnamese Chief Accounting certification (part qualified will be considered)
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years financial experience in commercial and/or public practice with 2 years at a senior level
Skills
- ORACLE
