IN2 Consult are currently working with an excellent client based in the Reading area who are looking for a finance manager to

join their team on a permanent basis. The role comes with an excellent route of progressiong, competitive salary and market leading

The Finance Manager role includes the following duties:

Overseeing the monthly management accounting process
Managing a team of qualified and part-qualified finance professionals
Business partnering with key internal and external stakeholders
Providing stakeholders with detailed financial analysis
Financial modelling
Budgeting & Forecasting
The desired candidate should have the following experience and qualifications:

Be FULLY CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified
Have atleast 3 years of experience working within the facilities/ service management industry
Have excellent experience in business partnering with key stakeholders within the service management industry
Strong background in budgeting and forecasts
Advanced Excel Skills
Previous experience in managing a team
