Job Description:
  • Assist in the month-end consolidation process
  • Prepare monthly consolidated results package for senior management
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly cash flow statement
  • Prepare financials statements and footnotes and review support
  • Prepare documentation and analysis to respond to internal and external auditor requests
  • Prepare corporate budgets and assist in budget presentation to the Executive team and the board of directors
  • Assist in selection and implementation of new consolidation solution
  • Prepare CFO and Controller presentations, special projects and miscellaneous
  • Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Complete assigned internal control responsibilities

Requirements:
  • CPA license preferred
  • Public/Big 4 accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines

Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
