Job responsibilities:

Drive solution detailing and problem solving around solution implementation
  • Define detailed solution based on problem statements.
  • Use Lean Six Sigma methodology to identify areas of improvement and prioritize areas to work on.
  • Able to lead and support agile projects teams towards results within time constraints (e.g. three-four months) in cooperation with project Business Owners, Users, Product Owners (MVP Leads) and IT Development Leads.
  • Drive daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos and retrospective meetings (e.g. in Discovery & Design phases of projects).
  • Able to work with stakeholders to identify current pain points that need to be resolved and define a new digital state of operations.
  • Support functions in conducting change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of the proposed solutions.
  • Ensure potential impacts / implications are properly identified and addressed.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Project Lead to ensure operational solutions are aligned with overall objectives of the initiative and of the project.
  • Ensure the team meets targets Transformation Benefits and Operational Metrics.
  • Use tools such as Python and Tableau to develop POCs and showcase potential benefits before full development of solution with data lake implementation.


Drive and own definition and formalisation of detailed E2E Process for the process and product in scope
  • Drive in collaboration with relevant functions the definition of the end-state process.
  • Identify potential impacts and implications in the handover from one function to another, propose amendments to enable optimal flow from an E2E perspective.
  • Support relevant teams in the operationalisation of new processes within each function
  • Monitor process performance and propose corrective actions as required.


Support documentation of detailed solutions and formalisation of communication documents
  • Document end-state and interim solution based on agreed implementation timeline.
  • Documentation to include proposed solution, operational implications and next steps, required mitigations.
  • Update documentation to include potential corrective measures brought to the processes during the sustain phase.


Support data collection and analysis during solution implementation
  • Drive data collection and collation of fact base for proposed solutions.
  • Conduct analysis to support definition of solution (including resolution of issues and roadblocks); document findings and recommendation from analysis.
  • Monitor solution and process performance and propose corrective actions as required.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an established university
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Transformation
  • Experience in project management and Lean Six Sigma
  • Scrum certifications
