This role sits within the Customer and Marketing (C&M) team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which is a part of Deloitte that uses technology and creativity to better connect the customer with the business.

Eighty percent of the customer moments that make up their brand happen in the sales and service experience. We not only help our clients to make those memorable for their customers, but we integrate their whole business around those moments whether it's a trip into their supply chain, logistics, and fulfilment, or advancing the customer mind-set of their employees and partners.

You will:
- Drive the team according to scrum and lean principles, being a champion of professional and technical standards by coaching, facilitating and advising rather than by executing traditional team task management.
- Help development teams to deliver with more productivity, quality, and predictability.
- Police Kanban boards, user stories and documentation in JIRA for inconsistencies and issues, and work with the teams to resolve them.
- Ensure program scrum of scrums have sufficient inputs and are conducted on time.
- Work with tech leads on impediments that slow squads down.
- Facilitate retrospective meetings with various teams to understand the state of Agile maturity.
- Work with Product Owners and Stream leads to discuss the health of the project for current release.
- Review current release progress and plan for upcoming release demos.
- Help onboard key stakeholders into the agile way of working.
- Plan and facilitate workshops & meetings to reduce friction between development and operation teams.
- Review and update project information radiators to ensure they reflect project status.
- Maintain and continuously improve agile governance, methodologies and processes.
- Support teams to become agile 'literate' and continuously climb up the agile maturity curve.
- Focus on the maintenance of agile ceremonies and mindset
- Coach senior management of the bank - EDs/ MDs on agile mindset and be able to drive discussion around agile metrics and behavior change to move the organization to be more agile
Enough about us, let's talk about you
If you are someone with:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Informational Technology or equivalent
- Min 6 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery and using tools like Appium, JIRA, strong in agile metric analysis and reporting.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering to time, cost, and quality with autonomy, Have seen through the entire software delivery lifecycle from ideation to releases.
- Experience with various testing techniques TDD (Test Driven Development), behavior driven testing.
- Ability to work through and with others to drive change.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal and excellent listening skills.
- Have strong interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, collaborating and team building.
- Have the ability to manage complexity and navigate through ambiguity.
- Scrum certification minimum, Have experience in other agile approaches like SAFe, XP or Lean. Strong believer in Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, XP and interested in learning more about Design Thinking, Lean Start-up.
