job description Our client is a dynamic services provider organisation who are currently looking to recruit an astute and driven Financial Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will deliver innovation, commercially focused month end accounting processes, financial analysis, accurate management reporting, commentaries and budgeting/forecasting.

skills Strong management reporting/financial analysis experience qualification Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce or similar discipline
educational requirements Bachelor Degree
Responsibilities:
- Month end reporting framework
- Capable of understanding different business lines, multiple cost centres
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Dealing with various stakeholders/managers and non finance individuals
- Strong TM1 expertise is desirable for the Executive Team Dashboards and other ad hoc reports
- Providing financial analysis and commentaries
- Identifying problems and opportunities and providing solutions that help achieve the organisations goals.
- Prepare journals and control month end close processes
- Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities
Skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce or similar discipline
- CA/CPA qualified
- Advanced Excel skills - experience of building models/reports
- TM1 experience desirable
- Previous management accounting experience
- Demonstrated ability to pick up new concepts, ERP systems, and reporting tools quickly
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
