Using your engagement skills and technical financial skills to the division to in providing strategic and operational financial reporting to facilitate stakeholder decision-making and effective resource management. Under limited direction our tasks will include:

Working in this small team, you will have strong communicate and collaborate with a range of stakeholders, and produce written analysis to support deliverables. You'll have initiative, proactive problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the square.

Your new role

- Contribute to the establishment and implementation of management accounting processes and systems.
- Preparation and approval of end of month processes including but not limited to: reconciliations, journals, and executive and management reporting;
- Financial reporting on a monthly basis and assisting the Assistant Director with the Overseeing the management of the investment portfolio including placing investments, reporting on investment activities and maintaining the investments register;
- Cash management including monitoring the operating account to ensure sufficient funds for large payments;
- annual financial statements, audit process & budget
