Our client is a Chinese Investment Group under SFC license Type 1, 4 &9. They are now looking for a Senior Finance Manager to oversee their Finance department in Hong Kong, reporting to the headquarter in mainland China.
You will be liaising with financial institutions and potential investors to identify investment opportunities for the group, assist in due diligence and credit approval on potential investment projects. You will be reviewing the work of daily financial management, accounting, budget management, audit and tax matters. You will be responsible of financial analysis to reflect business performance and other related financial services, and liaising with various parties to facilitate daily accounting operations
To be considered, you must be a degree holder or above in Accounting or related disciplines with qualified CPA qualifications or equivalent. You should have over 8 years of relevant experience in auditing firms or Chinese investment firms, with comprehensive knowledge of HK and PRC accounting standards and other regulatory requirements. You should have good knowledge or experience in debt investment or private equity. You should be proficient in MS Word and Excel. You should have good command of written and spoken Chinese, and Native Mandarin speakers are highly preferred. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
