Property and development company based in Manchester and are seeking an experience Finance Manager
Your new company
Your new company are well established property and development company based in the City Centre of Manchester and are seeking an experience Finance Manager to join there ever growing finance function.
Your new role
In your new role you'll be responsible for the financial controls and month end process. You will take full ownership of the Financial and Management Accounts and report directly into the Finance Director. You will prepare the statutory accounts for the business and be the go to contact for external auditors. You will provide commercial financial support to Senior Stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and have previous experience within a similar role. You will have experience in managing a team and thrive of up-skilling those around you. You will have the confidence to engage and assist with senior leaders within the business. Experience within the property/construction is highly preferred.
