A growing retail business going through a period of change.
The Opportunity
A contract with an immediate start until at least the end of February.
The Job
Working alongside the Finance Manager you will be keeping the finance function on course for the incoming Finance Director who starts in February. Duties will include but not be limited to -
* Management of balance sheet and preperation for management pack.
* Balance sheet reconciliations.
* Cash flow management and variance analysis.
* Budgets and forecasts.
* Manage fixed assets.
* CAPEX analysis.
* Stock management and reconciliation.
* Stock projections and variances.
* Audit and Tax.
* Preparation for company audit.
* VAT and intrastat reporting.
* Liaise with non-finance departments on financial issues.
About You
You will be a qualified accountant - ideally with retail / stock experience - with an ability to commit until at least the end of Feb on a contract basis.
