Roles/Responsibilities

\t
• Lead and develop standard methodologies for Cloud Engineering team
\t
• Ensures development team is working efficiently towards Sprint goals.
\t
• Design, architect, lead and build Proof of Concepts in Cloud Analytics Environments (Azure / AWS)
\t
• Closely coordinate with DevOps team on additional cloud automation above the infrastructure layer
\t
• Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud
\t
• Responsible for design, development, and architecture of Cloud solutions.
\t
• Help to manage the planning, implementation, and growth of T-Mobile's cloud footprint.
\t
• Work closely with developers and engineers to recommend and design database or data storage solutions that effectively reflect our business needs, security, and service level requirements
\t
• Manage the migration of existing databases from on premise to cloud using various tools provided
\t
• Review coding done to advance application upgrade, extension, or other development
\t
• Analyze application for data integrity issues
\t
• Mentor less experienced technical staff; may use high end development tools to assist or facilitate development process
\t
• Development of automated solutions to monitor and support our software development and release processes

• Works closely with Business and IT partner teams to support development and software delivery

• Asks difficult questions, removes impediments, and makes issues and problems visible.

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex information security problems, ability to observe security risks and weaknesses and provide security recommendations to respective project and delivery teams
\t
• Possesses good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams with diverse personalities, during high pressure scenarios, within extremely tight deadlines
