For our Customer Service (CS) Organization we are seeking a:

Finance Manager to join the team at our CS Center in London.

The successful candidate will be a key member of UK/DE Customer Service team, and will have an integral role in the European (EU) CS Finance team. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial reporting for your business area. Understand input drivers and validate integrity of the reporting to influence strategic decision-making and planning. Use data to identify disruptive ideas and provide advice to business leaders across the our UK and DE Customer Service Operations.
• With Controllership as the top priority, you identify, resolve, or provide guidance to resolve complex data integrity issues. You improve controls to address financial risk and support frugality.
• You are the Finance Business Partner to the operational leadership team across CS Sites in the UK and DE. Thereby you educate business partners on financial and non-financial trade-offs. You make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous environments where there data may be scarce or difficult to procure.
• Use active listening skills intuitively to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner. Adjust style for various audiences to articulate complex finance issues clearly. Your communications drive critical business decisions.
• You exhibit social responsibility. Actively recruit bar-raising talent, continuously develop your team, and constructively mentor the Finance community.
• Identify and sponsor Finance-wide professional development and engagement initiatives that plan for the future and strengthen the EU Finance community, such as inclusion and diversity initiatives.
• Become an expert in your lane to contribute to work-life harmony. You are a positive, collaborative, and effective influencer to new team members and model operations excellence and efficiency.
• Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability.
• Contribute to the development of finance planning and analysis tools on an EU or global level.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) or equivalent.
• Extensive years of finance experience, or master's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Direct management experience
• Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and/or data interpretation and analysis
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous international environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital
• Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills working with multiple peer groups and levels of management
• Result-oriented, dynamic individual with hands-on mentality
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • MBA preferred
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Measured experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis
• Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to develop new ideas, creative solutions and demonstrated experience implementing such mechanisms
• Experience providing recommendations based on results of ad-hoc analyses to management for strategic decision-making
• Career progression and willingness to relocate for advancement opportunities
