To support our continued growth, we are looking for the most exceptional finance professionals to join our Hardlines Finance team. The Hardlines business group is one of Amazon's four core retail businesses, along with Consumables, Softlines, and Media.
Hardlines encompasses a vast and growing range of businesses from multi-billion dollar categories like Consumer Electronics, Toys and Home that's building on all the things consumers love about Amazon to deliver a unique and compelling range of products and services specifically tailored for business customers.
The Hardlines Finance team plays a critical leadership role partnering with the category leaders, operations and technology teams to continuously innovate, delight customers, grow and optimize their businesses for long term free cash flow. If you have a bias for action, can think big but also dive deep and don't settle for second best, we want to hear from you.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most creative, project based areas within Amazon.com. Besides being responsible for the table-stakes (Controllership, Process Improvement, Performance Management), the Finance manager will be working closely with senior business leadership in identifying, creating, and driving innovative solutions and programs for growing topline, driving business efficiencies and new cost & CX-optimised supply chain models.
The role will work cross-functionally with some of the largest GLs in the business, and hence provides a great opportunity for the Finance leader to scale their projects and have a NA-consumer wide impact. The Finance Manager will support a +40 person business team and will work closely with cross-org partners, technology teams, inventory management specialists, FP&A, marketing, corporate development and Accounting.
