Accounting
You are going to need to at least be going to school for Accounting on this one. A lot of opportunities at 365 are about general knowledge combined with the desire to achieve. That still applies, but debits and credits get confusing without the necessary education. That said, lets cover one other area of Accounting - if you wish to work in Audit, or for the Big 4 - this may not help you to achieve those goals, we prefer transparency.
Still here? Let's get into what we are going to do. In 2021 we will roll out our ERP system, creating the need for a system and process improvements around most aspects of our Accounting. Interested in the challenge of managing multiple Brands that manage thousands of finished goods products as well as exposure to the manufacturing of goods? We will continue to build out experience around all of this. Working with our Controller to grow and improve our standards and processes around all things that touch Accounting will be the central theme.
