Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Business Analyst
In this role, you will undertake full Business Analyst responsibilities within current projects being delivered within Genpact. The successful candidate should have considerable knowledge of conducting detailed business analysis, creation of business process documents, leading process redesign and documentation of detailed business requirements. Candidate will also be responsible for the completion of project management related tasks for small to medium size projects . Responsibilities
  • Collation of all required documentation for input to project workshops & production of gap analysis outputs
  • Support business in identifying process/system changes, gathering of requirements and subsequent production of detailed business requirements documentation
  • Detailed process mapping of 'as is' business processes and future state processes as required
  • Undertake and lead process redesign initiatives
  • Work with both development teams and business teams to ensure requirements and solution designs are fully understood and act as a key liaison point
  • Support the preparation of test plans and test scripts and (on occasion) complete testing as required
  • Support the management of change delivery (technical and process) as required
  • Support tech related analysis asks to support project.


Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
  • Graduate
  • Business analysis qualifications mandatory
  • Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience. Worked as an Admin.
  • Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.


Preferred qualifications
  • Good to have prior Sales domain expertise.
  • Business analysis background
  • Process mapping and experience of production of business requirements documents
  • Previous experience of working between business and technology teams
  • Client Facing roles previously held
  • Strong understanding of WRAP business would be preferential
  • Experience using Microsoft project and Visio (or other similar drawing tools) would also benefit the successful candidate
