We are looking for experienced Senior Business Analyst with technical knowledge, able to read and understand the code produced by developers.

Our client is one of the largest investment banks in the world.
  • Work on key business initiatives
  • Analyze and specify user requirements
  • Document business processes
  • Manage end to end deliveries
  • Work closely with the client business stakeholders and the scrums teams from the point of requirements elicitation till the release
  • Understand the big picture and ensure that deliveries align to the programme objectives and timescale
  • Solid, relevant BA experience
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Financial Domain knowledge is highly desirable (Financial products and flows, different Asset classes, Clearing and settlement process, Reporting regulations)
  • Very good understanding of SDLC and BA/Product Owner role
  • Experience in documenting Business Requirements, Scenarios and Interface requirements
  • Ability to plan Business Analysis Approach on the project and facilitate related communication
  • Ability to arrange and facilitate meetings and workshops with the Customer
  • Ability to acquire new information about the project and domain quickly from different sources
  • Experience in creating diagrams (UML, BPMN)
  • Ability to effectively manage the scope of requirements within the project (communicate to Stakeholders potential scope creep and manage such risk)
  • Ability to support solution testing/UAT
  • General knowledge about UX/UI and the ability to take part in designing activities
  • An excellent communicator (both verbally and in written), with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts, work proactively and collaboratively
  • Able to deliver assignments on time
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated with ability to respond well under pressure
  • A flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
  • Fluent in English

  • Tech background (XML, SQL, JSON knowledge)
