The Finance, Analytics, Strategy Team (FAST) partners with business unit clients to address strategic and operational questions facing the business including user behavior, supply and demand dynamics, performance measurement, financial planning, and product and marketing efficiency. Finance is a trusted partner who ensures compliance and drives informed decision-making across the business. You will be responsible for the invoicing and billing process, provide forecasts for several revenue lines, support the management of expenses for all of Kijiji, and provide impactful reporting/analysis to business partners. Requirements:
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Good quantitative analytical abilities
  • Ability to handle and make sense of large amounts of data/numbers from multiple data sources
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience distilling and presenting complex quantitative analysis
  • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks over one another
  • Salesforce experience is desirable
  • Good accounting knowledge/understanding
  • Strong academic profile.
Job Description:
  • Handle timely and accurate monthly invoice generation including invoice reconciliation and analysis
  • Collaborate with billing provider to resolve invoicing issues
  • Support customer service team with invoice dispute resolution and credit note process
  • Build and present monthly billing adjustments deck to relevant business partners
  • Run weekly forecasts for various revenue lines
  • Support expense management/analysis
  • Assist in ad hoc reporting and duties
