How will I help?
This is a really important role for us! You'll combine your knack for networking with your lending and banking know-how to generate new business for Westpac, growing an Equipment Finance portfolio and asserting yourself as a specialist in this space. Partnering with our commercial banking team, you'll proactively drive the acquisition of New To Bank business while providing a truly great service for our existing clients.

What do I need?
First and foremost - commercial banking experience with strong credit knowledge and analytical skills and ideally, prior experience in a sales or business development role. Any experience or networks within the education industry would be great, as this forms a large part of this portfolio (along with Healthcare, Pubs n Clubs, Social Sector and Professional Services). Secondly, plenty of ambition, tenacity and people skills - you'll need that to build your networks and steer new business in the right direction.
We'll be impressed by your proven track record for winning new business and successfully managing a portfolio. We're looking for an energetic professional who our team and our clients see as a finance specialist.
