- End to end knowledge of superannuation & fund administration
- Ability to deliver superannuation related projects - i.e. compliance/legislative change, platforms/systems, successor fund transfers, migrations, product change and process redesign
- Facilitation, engagement, stakeholder management
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Team management
- MS Word, Excel, Visio
