- Award and EBA interpretation

- 3+ years of experience doing full function processing in a high volume environment
- Experience using a large ERP
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Great communication and customer services skills
