To support and assist the Head of Finance and Finance director with departmental objectives and ensure the provision of an efficient service to the organisation and accurate reporting of project accounts to the senior management and project teams.
Responsibilies and Accountabilies:
* To proactively contribute to project teams to aid the strategic development of sites
* To ensure project is completely and accurately forecast
* To provide accurate analysis of development options and provide commercial recommendations.
* To liaise with surveyors to ensure the correct forecast of build costs
* To review and control pre-development expenditure across projects.
* To review and report on project marketing costs
* To provide project stacks , and ensure financial paperwork is up to date and complete
* To record and review sales and provide feedback on pricing and mix where appropriate
* To review and control debtors, deposits and progress payments.
* To provide project post site audits
* To forecast project cashflow as accurately as possible.
* To oversee the financial and legal aspects of Estates management
* To review management accounts and monitor void position.
* To manage the preparation of all exit packs for freehold sites.
* Co-ordinate and complete Group requests
* Help ensure compliance of sites with relevant financial and statutory regulations including CCL licences, Money Laundering regulations,
* Preparing and reviewing a tax plan for all projects. Ensuring an efficient structure for the project.
Person Specifation:
* Motivated with a positive 'can do' attitude
* Good organisational skills
* Professional approach and high level of discretion.
* Team player, willing to learn and get involved with a wide range of tasks
* Ability to work on own initiative and generate solutions.
* Highly IT literate, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Please note our standard working hours are 8am - 5:30pm
