Finance Business Partner - FP&A

Our client, a Milton Keynes based business is looking to grow their finance team by recruiting a Finance Business Partner to strengthen their FP&A function.

Following another great year, navigating through a challenging market this business will likely need you to embrace a remote onboarding and 'hit the ground running' with some key value add.

As the Finance Business Partner - FP&A, you will report directly into the Head of Finance. Your responsibilities will include:

Partner commercial teams; Acting as a true Business Partner. Advising, challenging and building rapport with senior stakeholders across the business

Helping drive

Providing financial insight through analysis and data manipulation including consolidating numbers into monthly business reports, utilising data to aid business decisions across the full P&L

Leading on the forecasting of revenue and costs on both a short and long-term basis

Build and maintain tracker models for both sales and rebates

Thriving for continuous improvement; Evaluating KPI's, developing forecast models, improving monthly reviews of cost centres.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified chartered accountant who knows what best practice looks like. You will be strong with excel and have demonstrable experience in adding value to forecasting and budgeting. You are going to partnering with senior manager across the business, including Sales, Marketing and Operational Directors, so you must be confident in presenting and challenging on the numbers. You will have the ability to analyse and present on complex matters.
