- Oversee finance and accounting functions of the Group.
- Prepare Group consolidated accounts and annual report
- Liaise with auditors, company secretary, bankers and government agencies.
- Responsible for all statutory reporting of the Group.
- Preparing annual budget, monthly forecasts and cash flow for the Group
- Oversee HR function of the group.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Consolidations with regional experience are a must.
- Familiar with GAAP standard will be useful.
- Able to work independently under pressure and met deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills to manage a team of finance staff.
- Traveling will be needed for the role.
