Business Analyst (Workday)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst (Workday) in Saint Louis, MO. Essential Functions:

• Analyze existing reports to document the data, functionality, prompting, filtering and formatting.
• Identify context of reports through data analysis and report samples
• Analyze the similarities, difference and context among multiple reports for the purpose of consolidation
• Create detailed design documents based on report analysis and consolidation effort; Both technical and business Facing documentation
• Work with Project Manager, Consultants, Business Leaders and other Business Analysts to get the design approved and questions answered
• Answer question from developers specific to the report design
• Work under an aggressive timeline to get reports analyzed
• 75% Data Analysis and 25% Business Analysis

Job Requirements:

• Higher education experience strongly desired

• Ability to analyze and consolidate large data sets
• Experience analyzing reports across multiple functions (HR and Financial)
• Reporting mindset

• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge

• Multi–tasking
• Self–managing
• Workday report experience or Workday data knowledge strongly desired
