Role and Responsibilities
- Report, analyse and support BUs in specific projects to improve consumer brand experience and engagement. (eg VVIP Marketing: Relationship Manager program and brand partnerships, Referral/Trade up programs for Samsung installed base)
- eStore performance reporting and analysis
- Business process improvements
- Analysis, report trending of daily sales of key mobile products and monthly P&L
- Support and provide related back data to forecast monthly/quarterly / yearly sales plan
- Brief and/or perform Ad-hoc analysis to support business requirements
- Support to analyze competitors' sales trends and marketing strategies in mobile industry on a regular basis
- Support to Manage Supply Chain Management to ensure smooth delivery to channel partners. Work with sales, account managers and SCM Manager on sales forecast
- Monitor and analyze SCM KPIs and provide reports and improvement plans
- Market Share analysis on monthly basis
- Marketing investment planning and ROI analysis
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in Finance/CRM/Analytics/Sales operation
- Good with Microsoft Software(XLS/PPT/DOC), possess excellent analytical skills and problem solving attitude
- Good organizational agility, command skills and interpersonal skill to work effectively across function and lines of business
- Results-oriented and meticulous
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to write and speak Korean to communicate with HQ
